Eggland's Best Surprise Nutritional Facts!

How many of you eat eggs on a daily basis? Have you ever thought about what is in your eggs? I mean nutritionally.. Sure, eggs are supposed to be good for you.. but how good?

We eat eggs a lot in this house, and making sure that I’m giving my family the best nutritional options is very important to me. We do our research and find things that are good for us rather than just something that’s convenient… It can make for much longer meal time preparation sometimes, but it’s so worth it!

So… does that mean that making a cake with Eggland’s Best Eggs makes that cake healthier than if you used other eggs??? I’d sure like to think so!
