MommyBrain is ALL IN for City of Hope

Well, MommyBrain is on the way to BlogHer 2010! This year, I have the honor of being sponsored by some great companies, and I want to thank them here. My travel and BlogHer fees are all being covered by Walmart, as I am on of the Walmart Moms. I can’t express enough how excited I am to be a part of this awesome group of moms! Most of my wardrobe is being sponsored by Old Navy! They have had some of the cutest clothes, and gosh darnit… I fit in so many more of them this year, that I am honored to be showing off some of their cutest (I think) items that I found on OldNavy.com!
This year, I’m also honored to be working with City of Hope Women’s Cancer Programs, and I am announcing to all of you that I am “All In”. Did you know that each year, more than 290K women will be diagnosed with breast and gynecological cancers, and that more than 67K will pass away from those cancers. The sad truth is that we almost all know someone that is affected by a women’s cancer and know that those patients need an amazingly strong support system behind them to keep fighting.

City of Hope is based on California, my old home state, but their research helps patients worldwide. Their experts know that fighting one women’s cancer at a time is just not enough, so they’ve taken on a unique, multi-disciplinary approach to improve treatment and survivorship for women with breast and gynecological cancers. Basically, they strive to help women live longer, and live better through compassionate care.

How can you help? Show everyone that you are ALL IN as well! Find me and get your “I’m All In” button and wear it with pride. Anyone who Twitpics an “I’m All In” button at BlogHer to @CityofHope will be entered to win a $10 Sephora gift card. Up to 5 winners will be chosen, so be sure to get your entry in!

Together we can make a difference.

“I wrote this post while participating in a blogger campaign by Mom Central on behalf of City of Hope and received a $30 Sephora gift card and a $30 donation in my name to City of Hope.”
