Customer Service

Post Show Wrap Up Feb 12, 09

Today on Mommy Brain Reports Live, I talked about how important customer service is these days, especially with the state of the economy today!

Where do you go when you’re looking for something special? Do you go to the closest place, the least expensive place, or the place with the best customer service regardless of price? For me, it’s a little bit of all of those things… But I can tell you that the quality of customer service has a HUGE impact on where I shop!

Radio Shack customer experience.

I know I know.. i’m so picky.. but you know what.. I haven’t heard back from them at all.. which basically makes me feel like they don’t even care. PS I bought it from Best Buy who DOES Price Match 🙂

Now I’m not doing this show to call out companies, or talk badly about anyone.. I’m just going with personal experiences, and experiences of fellow friends and mommy bloggers!

Frys Electronics: It’s hard to get help sometimes, but when we needed it, one employee spent nearly 2 hrs with us when looking for a new TV. They do price match

Best Buy: One employee helped us with TV/DVD player, they also price match local advertised rates.

Goores: Girls’ bedroom set. Replaced it after a year of use, because they no longer carried the rest of the furniture line.

Samantha: letter to PlaySkool Company regarding broken toy.

Write Letters! People aren’t commended for going above and beyond much more. Companies love to hear the good and need to hear about the bad.

Don’t forget you can contact your local news stations! We have Call Kurtis and the Call 3 Problem Solvers !
