Smoothies can help hydrate your body, and keep you from giving in to empty carbs. You cam mix one up in minutes and it’s totally portable! Sip on it on your way to work or school!
I got everything I needed for this recipe at my local Walmart store! Look for the flax seed near the Vitamins in the Pharmacy area!

1 cup berries, frozen
1 cup milk
1/2 cup unprepared oats
2 Tbsp flax seed meal or ground flax seed
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth!
Serve and enjoy! We love smoothies in our home, and while this one isn’t weight watchers friendly enough for me to have on a daily basis, it’s definitely an option for a treat once in a while!
