The Force Comes to Walmart

In 1977, George Lucas made cinematic history with the release of Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope. Luke Skywalker, Han Solo, Princess Leia and Jedi warriors became pop culture icons. Now, after six films and multiple animated series, novels and comic books, the Star Wars franchise is still going strong with the highly anticipated December 18 release of Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

In celebration of the highly anticipated new Star Wars release in December Walmart stores across the country hosted a Midnight event on Friday September 4th.
