Keep Your Phone Powered Up with Monster Powercard

One thing that I can never have enough of, is power for my phone. I travel every so often, and sometimes wall outlets aren’t the easiest to find, or if they are, they might not be next to where I’m sitting, and I like to keep my phone close by so I don’t miss something. We also have a pretty decent hurricane season here, so one thing I pray never to be left without is a way to communicate with friends and family. I have to have my phone.

I’ve reviewed several types of phone chargers here on my blog in the past. There are chargers of all kinds. Big ones, little ones, and everything in between. This one is pretty neat though. I recently got to try out the Monster PowerCard which will be launching at Walmart.com and in Walmart stores nationwide coming up on June 23rd. Yes, being a Walmart mom sometimes allows me to check out cool things before they are released!

The Monster PowerCard came in very handy quite a few times during my testing phase, which gave me ample time to get down to the nitty gritty.

Let’s talk specs. The Monster PowerCard is a 1650 mAhLi-Polymer battery. That means it can hold a decent amount of power to keep you going until you can reach a wall charger. It’s small, almost credit card sized. It’s extremely portable and fits in your purse, bag or even your pocket. What’s great about this size, is that you can easily hold the battery and the phone while it’s in use, and still post your social media updates, or take pics of where ever you are. It charges pretty quickly, and since it uses a Micro USB cord to charge up, for those of use with android devices, you can use the same cable to charge the PowerCard as you use to charge your phone up! You can use this to charge other phones, even the iPhone if you have a charging cable for it with you. The Monster PowerCard even comes in 5 different colors, to fit your style.

ThinDebuting at only $39.95, this is a great option for on the go, quick charging. Charge it up, toss it in your bag or pocket, and go! If you need to charge it while on the go, you can plug it in to your car’s USB input if you have one, and ensure you aren’t out of power later on!

It’s small, it’s got power, and it’s convenient and easy to use. Check it out at your local Walmart stores and on Walmart.com starting in June!
