The last time I went up to Walmart’s Home Office, we had the chance to meet with a representative from Monster Audio, and learned some great things about their new headphones- The Monster Ncredible N-Tune headphones.

The first thing that caught my eye was the bright and bold candy colors! I absolutely love the Candy Purple color! The Candy Red is a close second. The second thing that caught my attention was how durable these headphones are. When the rep twisted them like a rag, my jaw dropped. I couldn’t believe it! These would be awesome for my kids… except for the $119 price tag…. Granted, my kids are probably going to use them whether they are mine or theirs, so sturdy is good. Sturdy is very good.

Now, besides that fact that they can be twisted pretty well without breaking,  these headphones  have a couple of other perks to them. The colors are awesome. The sound is definitely great. We compared sound to a couple of other headphones we have in our house, and these were way better than one, and comparable to a more expensive pair that my husband normally uses.  These headphones are comfortable! They are lightweight, and the padding on the ear pieces is fairly soft. The cable is pretty easy to untangle when taking them out of the storage bag. These Monster N-Tune headphones also feature ControlTalk Universal, a button on the cable, that makes it simple and convenient to answer calls, whether on the phone or on Skype.

Something else that I found to be really neat is the second audio jack on the headphones. The removable cable can be plugged into either ear piece, and if you want to share your tunes, you can plug a second set of headphones into that second earpiece! That’s awesome for kids who want to watch a movie on a computer, or tablet… perfect for traveling!

While the $119 price tag on these Monster Headphones is a little pricey, it’s still way less than the competition, and the sound and durability is quite incredible!
