Exciting News!

Toyland Tuesday at Walmart

It’s that time of year again. The kids are scrambling, begging for this new toy, or that one. The Christmas Wish list grows longer almost daily. Walmart is helping you save money on that wish list with Toyland Tuesday!
From now until Thanksgiving, you’ll be able to see the latest sales on top toys at Walmart, but beginning on Black Friday, you can actually VOTE on which items you want to see go on sale!
This isn’t all the good news I have though!
Walmart carries the newest toys from the hottest brands, just in time for Christmas!
  • New Barbies are coming Walmart!  Starting December 1st, you’ll be able to purchase several new-for-the-season Barbie toys, clothes, and playsets.  Some of these new Barbies include I Can Be President Dolls, Collegiate Cheerleader Barbies, and sets from Barbie in a Mermaid Tale! I know my girls are super excited about these!
  • Walmart has come up with their top 16 toys that they think will be super hot this year.  The list includes:
  1. Barbie Cruise Ship
  2. Monster High High School
  3. Novi Stars Dolls
  4. Lalaloopsy Harmony B. Sharp Interactive Doll
  5. Baby Alive Baby Wanna Walk
  6. Furby
  7. Beyblade Destroyer Dome
  8. Nerf Elite Hailfire
  9. Hotwheel Terrain Twister
  10. Air Hogs Hover Assault Bonus Missiles
  11. Playskool Rocktivity Walk ‘n Rider
  12. Fisher Price Imaginex Eagle Talon Castle
  13. Little People Disney Princess Songs Palace
  14. LeapFrog LeapPad 2.0
  15. iTikes Map
  16. Monopoly Millionaire

You can see all of these toys, and more, that will be hot this year at Walmart.com. We actually had a chance to look at the toy catalog before they were sent out to the public, and wow. My girls got excited over a couple of the toys on the list, especially the Barbie Cruise Ship!  My hubby even liked the Hotwheel Terrain Twister! Haha.

  • The catalog also allows kids to fill out their own wishlist.  It’s so much cooler than just a regular notepad! Hee hee. Of course, I was glad that we had more than one catalog, so there was no fighting over them here.
I remember some of my Christmas Wish Lists when I was a kid. They almost always included a stuffed animal of some sort, or some cool new game that was out. This year, my girls are slow to give me a final list for Santa.. but I’m sure the more they look at the choices out there, they’ll come up with something.
How about you? What are your kids wishing for this year? Do they have any big wishes this year??

I am a participant in the Walmart Moms program. Walmart provided me with compensation for my time and efforts on this post. Participation in this program is voluntary. As always, all opinions are 100% my own.
