Exciting News!

Oprah and Walmart surprise the McGhee Family

You know, I don’t often watch Oprah, but when I heard about the McGhee family appearing on Oprah, I had to watch.

I first learned about the McGhee Sextuplets on Organize With Sandy, and man, I couldn’t believe how together Mia & Rozzono have things! I have twins, and we are much more chaotic than them… They have sextuplets! Wow! I can’t imagine all of the diaper changes, and the bottle feedings, the clothing, oh my!

As a Walmart Mom, sometimes I get the privilege of knowing cool things ahead of the rest of the world… and I was very excited to find out that Walmart was helping out the McGhee family in a couple of ways! I set my DVR to record the show since I wasn’t going to be home, and settled in to watch the excitement before I picked my girls up from school. I watched intently while the family was introduced, and waited patiently to see what exactly Walmart was going to surprise the family with. What a surprise it was!

Walmart donated $250,000 in store credit to the family to cover  groceries and other necessities. Walmart also donated a HUGE amount of diapers, wipes, and all kinds of baby supplies! They were so surprised, and I was just so excited for them! I don’t even know them, and I was excited for them! I love it when people who really need it!! Kudos to Walmart for making life just a little bit easier for the McGhee Family!

I am a Walmart Mom, and love sharing tidbits of info with my readers! I was not compensated in any way for this post! Participation in the Walmart moms is optional, and as always, opinions are 100% my own.
