17 Days until Earth Day:

I hope you all had a super Easter Weekend!!!

So, we started with clothing, and then reusable coffee cups… This post is going to be all about a cool little cutting board we found while out shopping a couple of weeks ago. Yes, I did say a cutting board.

We recently got a new knife set, and after learning that our glass cutting boards were really bad for our knives (can you tell I don’t cook often?) we decided we should get at least one new board. We took a look at all of the wood, and butcher block and plastic boards that they had on the shelf and they just didn’t really seem to be worth the cost, or look durable enough. We started to talk away, and around the corner and saw a bright green cutting board on the endcap. We checked it out and saw that it was made from 100% recycled food grade plastic. Oh, and it was only $19.99… We were intrigued.

The cute little wrap on it was pretty self explanatory. The cutting boards are

  • 100% recycled food grade plastic
  • Agricultural by-product- Product contains Flax husk- typically discarded during post processing.
  • Made in the USA- Product is 100% Designed and Manufactured in the United States of America (Woo-hoo JOBS!)
  • Dish Washer Safe- Any Cycle, Any Time Baby…
  • Food Grade Plastic

Yeah, that’s what the label says… It had us giggling, and we loved that it was 100% recycled!!! So we got one.. I don’t know how else to review it, but it’s the perfect size to fit in our cabinet… It fits in the sink (which is very important) and it fits in the dishwasher…

So far.. we love it! We’ll probably buy a couple more at some point and replace all of our boards with these!

** This post is not sponsored. I purchased the Cutting Board myself
